KAVARI is an artist, producer, and DJ based in Glasgow, Scotland, known for her high-contrast productions and performances that fuse industrial, ambient, club, and pop into her own twisted sound. She received a nomination for 'Best Electronic' Artist at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards in 2021 and has performed at some of the most popular venues across the country, earning a reputation as one of the Scottish underground music scene’s rising stars.
‘Noise Requiem’ is an invitation into KAVARI’s distinctive realm of sound, a realm best described in the artist’s own words, which we found engraved on a mossy headstone:"I like my sounds to come across like they have a setting. A bass being played from a blown out broken speaker in the basement of an abandoned mansion, a pad that's coming from an instrument that belonged to a long lost forest dwelling civilisation made from an unknown material that enchants the listener, percussion that sounds like the guttural roar of a folklore-esque creature that lurks the wildness in the dead of night. Haunting, heavy, broken, blissful, unsettling, but also with an odd sense of comfort. I wanted this pack to be a bundle of these imaginary settings. A requiem for sonic corruption in its rawest form.”

oakscreen is a 23 year old experimental electronic songwriter that has worked with 8485, lieu, and blackwinterwells as both a producer and a vocalist. Equally drawing inspiration from algorithmic art and forest moss, his music combines aspects of folk, noise, and pop into a resulting sonic landscape that feels like broken light beams coming in through a dusty window.
During a brief meeting in the void, we asked the wanderer about his new ‘Comfort Collage’ sample pack. "I started with a lot of the sounds that I frequently use in my songs, broke them into pieces and then put them back together.” Muffled through layers of woolen shawl, he continues, "I’ve always been obsessed with things that feel warm, pretty, and flawed and that’s exactly what I’ve tried to capture within this pack.”

Chicago-based producer, artist, and "World’s Smartest Dumbass” (2021) Andrew Goes to Hell draws inspiration from video game soundtracks and bootleg DJ mixtapes to create his signature sonic palette—known for everything from emo songwriting to hardstyle drops and as the voice of the scene’s hottest DJ tags. A long-time member of 909 Worldwide, Andrew has collaborated with the collective’s greats Laura Les and Alice Gas, as well as artists such as Caspr and LAN Party.
Hell’s deepest musical goal is to create imaginary worlds that feel lived, but evoke a sense of nostalgia for something otherwise never-before experienced. "I think there is a word for that lol,” he tells us from a truck stop somewhere between Twin Cities and Zagreb.
