Splice Originals La Vuelta WAV
La Vuelta means "the move" or "the play". With this pack, producer Erick Bardales dives into the modern, perreo side of reggaeton, combining Dembow rhythms with moody, R&B-infused harmonies. His melodies are inspired by Tainy and Sky Rompiendo, with a twist of old reggaeton drums by DJ Blass y DJ Nelson.

Erick crafted these drums by tweaking old DMX drum machine samples through UAD Oxide Tape, Oxford Inflator, and McDSP plugins using virtual instruments to create the textural melodies. Then he ran various elements through Output Thermal and Black Box to create rich, saturated atmospheres.

Erick Bardales is a Honduran-American music producer and audio engineer based in Los Angeles. In addition to producing several Splice Originals releases, he has produced, recorded, and mixed records for artists such as Ambré, G Eazy, Lil Wayne, Mannie Fresh, Mos Def, and many more.
