Méliké Konur is an Afro-Turk singer/songwriter based in New York City who finds inspiration in meditative experiences, the flora and fauna, night life, and the deepest parts of the ocean.

Consciously using music as a healing tool, for magic and interstellar travel, Melike absorbs influences from a range of styles, artists and experiences. From Sade, Chaka Khan, Róisín Murphy, Bjork, Oumou Sangaré, Catherine Dunham, Toni Morrison, Betty Davis, to gospel, the culinary arts, and roses.

Born to a Persian heritage, Lital Gabai knew she wanted to sing from a very early age. "At home we heard lots of Persian music. My parents migrated from Iran and my grandfather was a cantor at synagogue (an official who sings or chants liturgical music and leads the congregation in prayer). I've learned Jazz and sing in many styles, though my heart always goes back to Persia.”

"Music is life, it's in everything” says Liat Zion when asked what music means to her. Rooted in the ancient vocal traditions of the Hebrews, Liat brings forward a sound of an old, almost biblical quality. Her texts are completely intuitive and in flow, with prayer-like singing coming from the heart. If the Middle East had soul music, this is what it would sound like.
