Now, Matt’s back with Prolific Guitars Volume 2, which spans as many genres as the bands he’s played for including Bow Wow Wow, Gene Loves Jezebel, Puddle of Mudd, and more. The V2 edition brings 49 rhythm and lead loops sorted into nine kits.
Starting with metal: dual rectifier drop D rock with the huge rhythm guitar spread you want, along with a great and simple lead motif. Rock/Pop: chorused layers of California jangle and power ballad progressions, all processed to bloom and expand perfectly in your mixes; the melodic leads with built-in production offer drag ‘n’ drop textures just waiting for the right lyrics. Early rock ‘n’ roll: Matt loves his Gretsch and here it is, in twangy shades of rockabilly, surf rock and classic early boogie riffs saturated in spring reverb.
