Tropical Vice is Ray Luminais's latest Splice Originals release inspired by his recent trip to Miami, where he visited multiple nightclubs like STORY and Centro. While enjoying the nightlife, he paid particular attention to the vibe of the music with its smooth blends of Latin-infused pop and rap that kept the night going. He wanted to bring that Miami vibe back home with this pack. Inspired by the city itself, he interpreted the colorful artwork of the Wynwood neighborhood with his music.
Ray also incorporated a mix of Latin and American musical inspirations such as J Balvin, Bad Bunny, The Weeknd, and Tones and I to create these sounds for this pack. Gear used included the Arturia V8 collection, ANA, Thickify, Magic Switch, as well as an Ibanez acoustic to create the Tropical Vice sound. Sit back and enjoy this musical ride through the tropical sunsets and vibrant nightlife that speak summer vibes.
