The "Roady" by Crumar, is a vintage analog synthesizer released in the early 80's. It is a lo-fi lover's dream. So much so, that John Smythe, the creator of this new pack, decided to base every composition in this new pack around it. The "Roady" pack has a warm, vintage flavor to it. Kind of like that feeling of gripping the wood grain steering wheel on a '68 Impala. Or dropping the needle on your favorite LP. Or even popping in a VHS of a rerun you taped ages ago. The sound of the "Roady" pack will take you there.

Soul Surplus presents, the "Daydream Sample Pack Volume 2". Back by popular demand, the Daydream sample pack is all about taking your production past the stratosphere. Keeping with the concept of using solely guitar in every composition, the second edition of this sample pack expands on the airiness and dreaminess that the first volume was known for. Volume 2 was recorded at 88.2khz, which is twice the sample rate of volume one, so you can expect more detail and defined ambience in this pack!

Last year, Smythe blessed us all with the Roady Composition Packs, volume 1 and 2. It quickly become a crowd favorite, and continues to be even today. We're pleased to present the 3rd installment in the Roady Pack series, and it's even better than ever. Roady Pack Volume 3 is a lo-fi infused sample pack, but mixed with a sense of clarity. The Roady shines bright as the star instrument in this new pack, with Smythe making improvements from the first 2 volumes. The new pack includes 10 compositions, with the stems package adding over 900mb of individual instrumentation for maximum flexibility in your creations. Each composition was mastered to bring a copious amount of color and depth, and pushed to bring out the audible compression. Soul Surplus presents the Roady Sample Pack Volume 2. The second edition of this sample pack features the beloved analog synthesizer, the Crumar Roady, just like volume one. We have made some improvements this time around. Volume 2 was recorded at 96khz (Vol. 1 was recorded at 44.1khz), which was vital in capturing the detail and warmth of the Roady. The second installment of the series also features more analog processing, with 1073 style equalization and preamplification (Heritage Audio HA-73EQ), and LA2A style compression (Warm Audio WA2A) added into the outboard rack this time around.
