All Acoustic guitars are recorded with vintage Neumann, Schoeps, AKG mics, Api/Telefunken mic pres, Studer Console and Studer A80 Tape Recorder!
We also included our famous Tape IR Recording Technic files which we've used our Studer A80 Tape Machine to create the acoustic guitar profiles for more mojo. (Digital ones are also included for more clarity)
All these profiles are Helix Ready (16 Bit 48kHz).
You just need to import them with the Helix Editor just like you would do it with the cabinet files.
It will make your Piezo Guitar sounds like you are recording/playing through vintage microphones, spaces and also will add the special characteristics of the specific guitar bodies to your sound.

American Acoustic is the latest audiophile-grade SampleTank instruments collection. We searched high and low to track down an exceptionally great sounding vintage Martin® D28* with its famous spruce top and mahogany neck. It's hard to find a bad sounding guitar of this model, but we wanted the very best one we could get. We then recorded the guitar in our IK studios in Modena, Italy using the best microphones, preamps and converters available for the project.

The Esperandote guitar pack is the first chapter of our guitar pack series, brought to you by Al Hug and Faison. It features 214 chords, 20 one shots, 10 guitar loops and 5 sample loops as a tasty bonus. So plenty of sauce for you to play with. The sounds featured in this pack were recorded with vintage ribbon mics, analog preamps, a 1/4" tape deck, a cassette deck, spring reverb and analog delay.
All chords and shots were created using a beautiful '59 vintage acoustic nylon string guitar. A variety of different Italian, Spanish and German vintage acoustic guitars from the 50s and 60s were used for the guitar and sample loops.
