GeoSynths Epilogue Vol.2 Synth Presets
GeoSynths Epilogue Vol.2 Synth Presets
wasn't too sure if I was going to do a follow up Bank for the Korg Prologue as there's been a lot of new Oscillators and FX that have been expertly made by others. They sound great, however installation has to be precise or the Patches won't sound right...So I decided to go back and use the Factory Oscillators and FX, but with a twist...

All 100 Patches are actually...200 Patches! Every single Patch I have made uses both Layers, this gives access to a much more dynamic sound. They're not just 2 copies of the same sound, but completely different in many cases, such as a Dark Pad on one Layer and an Arpeggio going over the top.

There's Bass and lead Splits, Keys and Pads, Dual Strings and a whole range of other Sounds, with both layers made together at the same time, for a complete Patch.

I've made some of my best Sounds with this Bank and while it took twice as long to make as it uses 2 Layers for each, the results are far, far better. Of course, all 100 Patches are demonstrated on Video.

A bank of 25 patches vintage-style patches focusing on FM, ring mod, and Poly-Mod inspired sounds. This set is envisioned as an expansion pack to the "Sound Bank ‘79”. You’re of course free to buy this bank without the other one, but Sound Bank ‘79 is a good foundation that will give you great "bread and butter” sounds, while these are designed to add sonic dimension to that bank and further expand the tonal palette.

These patches are made for instant inspiration. I spent a lot of time creating these so you can just turn on the synth and get to work. They sound great on their own, or you can use them as a starting point to tweak for any scenario.

Back with the 3rd and final Bank of Patches for the amazing Behringer DeepMind 12. This much underrated Synthesizer is capable of sounding a great deal more expensive than it really is, by tapping into the great on-board processing and FX.

I experimented a little more using some new techniques and putting into practice older methods to get the very best out of the DeepMind 12.

It's full of Pads, Motion sounds, String Synths, huge Bass and cutting Leads. Atmospherics and Arp's. There's something for everyone and all have extensive Modulation assignments when needed.

Back with another Bank of Patches for the amazing Behringer DeepMind 12. This Synth has to be one of the best to come out for years and has been my favourite to program. It has a simple Oscillator structure, however the range of sounds possible defy this simplicity.

Having had a year since making Volume 1, I've learned a great deal more and have made what I think is my best Set to date. I have gone a little more complicated with the sounds, even to the point of trying to make it sound like there are Layers involved.
