You will receive all the sounds from my Youtube & Soundcloud demos plus extra sounds (220 original presets + their variations = 228 presets in total). Of course all the drums & sequences are also stored as patch data, so you will have those too, and you can adjust them or bypass the sequencer and play the sounds by hand.

What format / import method?:

My patches come under the name "WCOG” in 2 soundbanks (A and B) saved as sysex files exported directly from my PRO-3. You can put any of my bank into any of your User Banks (U1, U2, U3, U4) on your PRO-3. In other words, you have full freedom as to the memory locations / import destinations.

The Prophet 12 is the current flagship of the Dave Smith Instruments range, and Dave has said himself that it is his finest ever synthesizer. Rory here at Boxed Ear was the proud owner of the first Prophet 12 to arrive in the UK, did work on the factory sounds, and also wrote an extensive review of the Prophet 12. He has been working on a bank of sounds for us ever since and finally it's here.

This bank focusses on sounds that poly synths do well. You'll find luscious pads, classic lead sounds, wavetable plucks, vintage stacks, evolving soundscapes and complex arpeggios.

A bank of 25 patches vintage-style patches focusing on FM, ring mod, and Poly-Mod inspired sounds. This set is envisioned as an expansion pack to the "Sound Bank ‘79”. You’re of course free to buy this bank without the other one, but Sound Bank ‘79 is a good foundation that will give you great "bread and butter” sounds, while these are designed to add sonic dimension to that bank and further expand the tonal palette.

These patches are made for instant inspiration. I spent a lot of time creating these so you can just turn on the synth and get to work. They sound great on their own, or you can use them as a starting point to tweak for any scenario.
