Identify and properly name all musical notes
Build major and minor scales starting on any note
Identify and properly name the intervals between notes
Form any major, minor, or diminished chord
Determine the diatonic chords within a scale
Create a simple chord progression, or analyze one from a song
Determine the key of a piece of music
There is no prerequisite to take this class. Nor are there any materials or resources you will need! Everything you need will be provided!
