Mutant Drums Vol.1 is a collection of 247 original drum samples consisting of loops/breaks and one shots. The key ingredient and goal when creating this kit was experimentation. Drum breaks with more edge. One shots with more character. Gear such as a 1970's reel to reel tape machine, an old multitrack cassette deck and vintage outboard equipment for saturation and boost of sonic presence. Capturing natural ambiences in a Banyan tree cave while recording percussion loops was a highlight of the process. Layering natural textures, vocal chants, and other abnormal elements to help spark ideas. Giving drums their own world to live in is what we strive for with every kit. Brooklyn producer Jeremy Page (Czarface, MFDOOM, Ghostface Killah, Kendra Morris, That handsome Devil) and drummer Sam Merrick (Hamilton!, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Charles Bradley) have teamed up to record this collection of royalty-free drum breaks.

Brooklyn producer Jeremy Page (Czarface, Ghostface Killah, MFDOOM, Kendra Morris, That Handsome Devil) delivers 12 original Compositions/Full Songs inspired by film scores of the 60s and 70s. This time teaming up with bassist Justin Kimmel (Toubab Krewe, Hooray For The Riff Raff, Anibalas), drummer Andy Bauer (Twin Shadow, Czarface, Kendra Morris), and featuring vocals from Kendra Morris. All 12 tracks feature vintage drums and instruments recorded to tape with vintage microphones and preamps.
