Join VI guru Eli Krantzberg for a video tutorial covering the latest update to UVI's Falcon 3, an ultra-deep hybrid synthesis instrument with nearly unlimited sonic capabilities. In this course, Eli covers all the new updates and features of Falcon 3, including the new oscillators, templates, effects, and more. Eli begins by examining the brand-new Vosim oscillator, a vocal synthesizer with formant and phone modes, and then creates a straightforward program from scratch to show off its potential. The Bowed String oscillator, which has numerous articulations for controlling crucial playing parameters, follows. The Harmonic Resonators oscillator is next, and Eli guides you through its unique process of combining three exciter sources fed into a six-channel resonator bank for incredibly unique, rich tones.
Next, you'll learn all about the new Program Templates, including how to create your own, and see how they can greatly speed up your workflow. Eli then demonstrates the new Mapper display, which makes it easy to configure various modulation mappings, and the new Workspace feature for saving up to eight recallable snapshots that show or hide different areas of the UI so you see only what you want to see.
