REAPER is a digital audio workstation. It is a complete multitrack audio and MIDI recording, editing, processing, mixing, and mastering environment. Using your current computer and no other software, you can import any audio and MIDI, synthesize, sample, compose, arrange, edit, mix, and master songs or any other audio projects.

If you add a hardware audio interface of your choice (AD/DA: analog-to-digital/ digital-to-analog) and a microphone, you have a complete recording studio. It is suitable for recording anything from a soloist to a band to an orchestra.
REAPER converts your computer into the full power of any top-of-the-line recording studio. It will support almost any existing audio interface. Even interfaces manufactured by companies whose software does not allow you to use any other hardware interface.

This will update Band-in-a-Box to version 2023 (build 1011) from any previous Band-in-a-Box 2023 build.

You must have Band-in-a-Box Version 2023 already installed in order for this update to work, and you must install it to your existing Band-in-a-Box folder. This is usually C:bb if you have Band-in-a-Box installed on your computer hard drive, or X:bb if you are running the program directly from a PG Music hard drive (replace X with your USB drive letter).

This patch includes some RealTracks and Drums updates. Make sure to select the correct RealTracks and Drums folders or these files won't be updated.

Interstice is a dual band delay plugin that aims to facilitate the creation of otherworldly echoes and resonances. It splits the input signal into low and high frequencies using a resonant filter to add extra harmonics to the sound. Each band then goes through a delay with a complex feedback path consisting of a diffusion network and a damping filter. A pitch-shifter can optionally process the signal pre or post delay to create complex overtones. A drift modulator can also impact key parameters of the circuit.

Interstice was designed with dense and psychedelic ambient sounds in mind, to turn a simple synthesizer note or a short sample into a cascade of esoteric tones, but it also shines as a resonator on top of more rhythmically complex signals. Its apparent simplicity and straightforward workflow hides an extensive palette of creative possibilities, as demonstrated by the factory presets that include a bank specially crafted by acclaimed sound designer Ivo Ivanov.
